Qualifications
TAFE NSW offers courses which fit into the
Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) 
. These qualifications are relevant Australia wide. They are developed in consultation with industry and the community.

It is related to your knowledge, skills and
experience when you enrol.
Each qualification is based on the level
of outcome achieved not on the length of the course.
If you are studying Hospitality (120hr
course) and you complete all the relevant competencies you will receive
Certificate 1 (Hospitality
–Kitchen Operations).
If you complete all the relevant
competencies in the Hospitality (240hr course) you will receive Certificate 2
( Hospitality Kitchen Operations).
