You work for a large travel agency that specialises in group programs.
Therefore it is important for you to work in teams since some of the groups
can be more than 200 persons. Unfortunately you have one person in the
team who is a terrific worker but does not seem to be able to work as a
team member. How would you deal with this problem?

Each Wednesday your supervisor/manager calls a staff meeting. He/she
stresses the importance of teamwork and asks if people understand what it
means. What would you say to the supervisor to explain what teamwork really

You work for
a tour wholesaler and each department should function as a team but does not
do so. Your supervisor/manager has requested your assistance in forming a
