there aren’t enough towels in the room and that the kettle doesn’t
work. What do you do?
You are on your way to a lunch break. A
guest stops you in the corridor and asks you to ensure an ironing board is
delivered to his / her room later that afternoon. How would you handle this
situation?
A guest rings to urgently request some
additional room stationery. You look in the storage area and there is no
stationery. You also notice that the some toiletry supplies are low. Explain
what you would do in this situation.
A guest asks you where and how to set up
a laptop in his / her room. Help him / her to do this.
