knowledge required to carry out general cleaning duties within a range of
tourism and hospitality enterprises. This unit equates to unit THHGHS02A Clean
Premises and Equipment.

Critical Aspects of Assessment
Demonstrate an understanding of the importance

accordance with acceptable enterprise timeframes.
