The selection of knives for a particular
task, the correct grip, the proper use of the knife blade and the sharpening
methods are all-important considerations. The best way to learn knife-handling techniques is to watch demonstrations and to practise. Be patient and proceed slowly, strive for a quality product and speed will come later. |
