1 Create new file

2 Save as an appropriate title

3 Point mouse on TABLE and select INSERT TABLE select 3 columns and 14 rows.

4 Type each ingredient from the list below in the cells in the left column and the methods in the right column amount in the middle column.

5 CENTRE the headings Ingredients in the left column Amount in centre column and Methods in the right column. Make them BOLD so they stand out.

6 Place your name in a Header.

7 Do a spell check.

8 Print document.

Ingredients – Chocolate mud cake
Coverture (dark) chocolate 125g
Butter 100g
Caster sugar 180g
Hot water 185g
Eggs100g (2 only)
Brandy 30ml
Bakers flour 180g
Sponge flour125g
Cocoa powder 60g
Baking powder 10g
Baking temp 150-160°C
Yield 1kg x 22cm ring
Time 30-40mins

Method
Melt first four ingredients over heat. Do not boil
Add brandy off heat
Add eggs
Add sieved dry ingredients
Clear mix pour into greased rings

Lime sauce

Caster sugar 50g
Egg yolks 2
Riesling 100ml
White rum 5ml
Lime: zest & juice

Method
Soften lime zest grated or julienne in a little syrup.
Produce a sabayon to ribbon stage
