3 Use Format - Tabs and set tabs at 11 Right - Leader 2.

4 Copy and paste in the following ingredients and amounts.

Sweet fruited dough

Cake margarine , Shortening 80g
Salt 10g
Yeast 60g
Yeast activator (instant) 10g
Water 500g + or -
Sultanas 200g
Mixed peel 40g
Currants 60g
Flavour/colour optional

TOTAL WEIGHT 2,035g

5 Type your name in a HEADER.

6 Change all text into ITALICS

7 Do a SPELL CHECK and PRINT your document.
