This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to provide arrival and departure services to guests in commercial accommodation establishments.
  • Front Office systems may be manual or computerised.
  • Arrivals and departure may be for individuals or groups.
Front office records and reports may include but are not limited to occupancy reports, arrival and departure lists, lost and found information.

Critical Aspects of Assessment

Demonstrate the ability to accurately and correctly follow guest arrival and departure procedures within enterprise acceptable timeframes.
