Delivery Docket

Delivery dockets accompany the goods supplied. This delivery note is to be signed by the purchaser upon receipt / acceptance of the goods. A copy of the delivery docket is given to the customer as a receipt and the supplier retains one copy to enable them to prepare invoices.
