Range of evidence

The evidence should include a variety of, but is not limited to the following documents:

  1. Job description or duty statement
  2. References, letters of thanks from customers
  3. Awards or prizes obtained
  4. Qualifications
  5. Journals or logbooks signed and dated by the supervisor
  6. Supervisor’s reports, appraisals or performance evaluations
  7. Peer or self assessments from the workplace
  8. Menu with photographs and brief annotations, food orders, equipment requisitions, booking details recording client requests for functions/events, budget details
  9. Memos to other personnel or department relating to the organisation of a function or event
  10. Staff rosters and work activity schedules
  11. Attendance at training programs or seminars and who conducted them
  12. Participation of committees e.g. Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Warden or First Aid Officer
  13. Samples of training programs completed or that you have written and/or delivered at the workplace.
