Case study 3 – An office disturbance
Short answer question:
John is working in a small suburban travel agency. He and Angela are the only
staff on duty and they are just closing up for the night.
Two men burst through the door and loudly announce that they want to book some
travel arrangements. However, it is apparent that they are very drunk and when
John suggests that they ring or visit tomorrow morning they begin to push papers
off his desk, at the same time shouting and swearing.
What action should be taken by John and Angela.
