Scenario 1

For the last two years, Cleo has worked as a Tour Guide at a local zoo, where most of her clients are from the domestic tourism market. She has applied to work with another company dealing mostly with international clients, and has been accepted. Most of her new clients will be from Europe, USA, and some Asian countries.
