Scenario

Sam Mehmet is an Information Officer employed by Black Stump Visitor Information Centre. The Havati family arrived in Black Stump this morning, 29 th January, with no pre-booked accommodation and hope to stay until 5 th February. Most of the hotels and motels in Black Stump are fully booked during the January holiday period.

However, Sam rang around the area to find accommodation and reserved two twin adjoining rooms at the Golden Palace Motel. The family are Mr Jake and Mrs Helena Havati plus their children Max and Joanne.

The family have left the Visitor Information Centre and will arrive at the motel in approximately one hour and will pay the full account by Visa card.

The motel manager, Kristina, confirmed the booking to Sam.

The motel (fax No. 48 123 4561) has requested Sam to send a fax confirming details of the reservation.

A copy of the fax should be given to Mr. Havati.
