As the retail industry is people centred, workers within the industry come into contact with a large range of people. Broadly speaking, customers can be divided into two main groups.
Internal customers - people who work with you.
External customers - people who work outside your business.
We do not always realise how many people we come into contact with in the workplace. Below is a list of some of the many people whom you may come into contact with at work.
