Activity 4 Effective questioning

  1. On a piece of paper draw three columns and label the columns “open”, “closed” and “reflective”.
  2. Listen to the conversation, paying attention to the questioning technique of the salesperson.
  3. See if you can identify what type of question is being used each time and tick the correct column.
