Activity 4 Effective questioning
- On a piece of paper draw three columns and label the columns “open”, “closed” and “reflective”.
- Listen to the conversation, paying attention to the questioning technique of the salesperson.
- See if you can identify what type of question is being used each time and tick the correct column.
