Why use online teaching and learning?
The Internet is a relatively recent thing in our society and education. However in that short amount of time it has had an enormous impact on how we communicate, and exchange and access information. Organisations routinely communicate and transfer data through the Internet and we are starting to use it more and more in our teaching.
This section of this topic will look at some of the reasons why we are starting to use online teaching and learning in today’s classrooms and offer you some examples of how this happens.
