1. The air pressure readings are on the isobars on the weather map.
   
   
2. The pressure cell at Point A is a high pressure cell and is indicated on the map by the letter “H”.
   
   
3. Air is circulating anti-clockwise around the high pressure cell at Point A.
   
   
4. The weather features represented by symbols at the following points on the map are:
   
   
   1. Point B – Trough line
   2. Point C – Cold front
   3. Point D – Warm front
   4. Point E – Rainfall
      
      
5. The compass points are labelled in the top right hand corner of the map.
   
   
6. Arrows are drawn on the map to indicate the wind direction at each of the following points. The wind direction at each point is:
   
   
   1. Point F – Easterly
   2. Point G – South-easterly
   3. Point I – Southerly
   4. Point J – Northerly
