Industrial awards are established by either the State or Federal agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages, and relate to specific industry sectors. Awards provide the terms and agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages, including the following:
· work hours

· working conditions
· written work agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages
Awards are the arrangements between agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages and employees in regard to workplace conditions and agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages. They set out rights and obligations for particular types of work. Awards include such things as sick agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages, overtime pay, shift work and allowances for dirty or agreementsconditions of employmentemployersgovernmenthazardousleavepaywages work. One of the main responsibilities of a trade union is to make sure the award is enforced.
