How does training affect performance?

Flexibility training

Flexibility (or mobility) is the range of movement of a joint. The range of motion is determined by the ability of the muscles which surround a joint, especially the antagonistic muscles, to stretch or lengthen. Other factors which will effect flexibility include age, gender, temperature (of both the air and body) and current fitness status.
