On completion of this unit, learners should be able to use the following commercial application software to create, modify and integrate workplace documentation within organisational guidelines.
- Word processing
- Spreadsheet
- Database
Use keyboard and equipment to create workplace documents using the appropriate functions and features of the selected software. Access, retrieve and manipulate, import and export data using the appropriate software and design documents using the software to meet organisational requirements.
The learners should also be able to access and use on-line help and manuals and organisation documentation to solve operational problems.
