Your response should be set out in the form of a report. A report should contain the following sections:
- Report title – this should reflect the reason for the report – ‘Report on Proposed New Office’.
- Introduction – this should briefly explain the reason for the report.
- Current situation – this section explains what is the current situation. In this case you would mention the key points in the scenario provided.
- Situational analysis – in this section you would inform the reader of several solutions and the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions.
- Recommendations – in this section you make a recommendation and back up your response with relevant information as to why this is the best solution.
- Conclusion – you would sum up your report and indicate your availability to assist further if required.
