Sample activity

This is a Part A type question. (6 marks)

You have just spent two days staying with your Indonesian pen friend’s family. Write a post card to your family describing some different aspects of your daily routine. Write approximately 80 words in INDONESIAN.

The following is taken from the NSW Board of Studies Indonesian Beginners 2008 HSC Specimen Examination Package.

You will be marked according to your ability to:

demonstrate relevance of ideas, information or opinion
write text appropriate to context, purpose and audience
sequence and structure information and ideas
demonstrate control of a range of vocabulary and language structures.
