Select one product and one service offered by the establishment and list ways to let customers know about them.
List products and service prices - the price relative to benefits and attributes, additional costs, specials, package deals.
Explain the cancellation policy and procedure.
List complementary products or services a sales person can offer.
List benefits and prices of 'extras', and how they add value for money.
Explain transport links to two facilities customers may want to visit.
Explain the local facilities available e.g. shopping centres, sporting, tourist attractions, entertainment options and time taken to get there.
