Garnishing Sandwiches

Some restaurants have made presenting sandwiches an art form with elaborate garnishes and exotic and interesting accompaniments, which not only add to the overall taste experience but also create enormous eye appeal.

Garnishes can be served on the side of the plate, on top of the sandwich or as an integral part of the sandwich

Suitable accompaniments: tomato salsa, cranberry sauce, mustards, chutneys, bush foods – Wild Rosella and Bush Tomato Chutney, artichoke hearts, Spanish onion, oak lettuce, chilli and onion jam, avocado, humus, pesto, cheese – camembert, Swiss etc.
