The Food Safety Information Council 
This is a non-profit organisation with representatives of State and Federal governments, food industry and professional associations. The website has information for consumers, and for educational purposes.
The links page has links to many organisations.
The publications page has activities, quizzes , brochures, and posters.
Food Safety Matters
This resource developed for teachers and students explains how to keep food safe. Many of the concepts are transferable to a commercial environment and there are a range of supportive resources for students and teachers, including learning activities, posters, videos and illustrated student guides.
NSW Food Authority
This website is the State Government agency for New South Wales food businesses. The agency works with local government to enforce the national food safety standards, and the NSW Food Act, and food safety programs. The website has a wide range of information and fact sheets covering food safety in NSW.
