A trend in the marketplace is ecologically sustainable production, for example, organic farming. In the option strand, Contemporary food issues - Marketplace you will learn to discuss the relationship between trends in the marketplace and developments in the food industry.

Activity

Organic food is gaining in popularity as more people become concerned about the levels of chemical residue in foods. One of the accreditation boards for organic food is the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA). Selecting this link will take you to an external site.
