CSIRO's Project Cassandra

If you are studying the option strand, Contemporary food issues - Marketplace, you will learn about trends in the marketplace. The CSIRO has established a project to look at food industry trends of the 21st century - Project Cassandra. This project predicts many changes to the way we obtain food items and to the types of foods we might consume.

Outcomes

This material addresses aspects of the following syllabus outcome:
H2.1 The student evaluates the relationship between food, its production, consumption, promotion and health.
