In the Design and Technology HSC course you learn about protection of intellectual property and learn to critically analyse ethical issues in relation to innovation. This tutorial provides links to information about intellectual property and its protection and patents as they apply to cyberspace.

1. Visit the IP Australia 
website and explore the different forms of protection of intellectual property. Click on the businesses link to read the case studies to understand the benefits of protection and the impact of not protecting designs.
