Introduction
The Major Study Appreciation option requires students to investigate a set seminal work and two prescribed artists in context.
For the 2010-2012 examinations the mandatory seminal work is:
Ghost Dances (1981) by Christoper Bruce
For the 2010-2012 examinations, students may select between the following prescribed eras and artists:
- 1920-1960: Martha Graham and Doris Humphrey OR
- 1960 onwards: Jiri Kylian and Stephen Page
