Sample task 2
In your answer, you should:

use the style and format of a job application

- like to work with lots of people
- have a driver's licence
- can lift heavy things

- can work on Thursdays and weekends

describe your work experience (including working at a

Sample task 3
- The writer started to work when he/she was fifteen
years old (that is, about two years ago) because his/her
family circumstances were not good.
- After school, the writer works from 4pm to 6pm every
day and on Saturday mornings. When he/she gets home, he/she
needs to do his/her studies.
- The writer thinks that although this job has long hours
and is very hard, it is interesting because he/she gets to
meet a lot of different people. He/she also has a chance to
read the news from the paper and interesting information
from various magazines and as a result, he/she has
increased his/her knowledge.
