As marks have not been allocated to the questions, the sample answers are given as a guide only. In the HSC Examination, there will be a mark next to each question to indicate the scope and depth required in the response.
After completing his high school education, the writer will go to France and stay there for three months to brush up his French and learn more about French culture. Then he will go to Beijing and study at the Beijing Language Institute for one year as he believes that his exposure to native speakers will enhance his learning of Chinese.
After one year in Beijing, he will return to Sydney to take up an education degree course at a university.
