This is a Part B type question. (10 marks)

You have to give a speech about your work experience to your class. Write your script in about 150 characters in Chinese.

The following is taken from the NSW Board of Studies Chinese Beginners 2008 HSC Specimen Examination Package.

You will be marked according to your ability to:

• demonstrate relevance of ideas, information or opinion
• write text appropriate to context, purpose and audience
• sequence and structure information and ideas
• demonstrate control of a range of vocabulary and language structures

Marking guidelines

Presents and develops original ideas, information, and/or opinions mostly relevant to context, purpose and audience Organises information and ideas Demonstrates some knowledge of a variety of vocabulary, language structures and features	7-8
