Case study

While on work placement, observe the daily work routine of one of the employees in the business you are working in.

If you are unable to do this while on work placement, you may choose to discuss the answers with a colleague, your teacher or another person who could assist you in completing these tasks.

In the table below, write down the type of activity that is completed at each time and comment if it is completed every day at roughly the same time or if it is a one-off activity.
