The breeding of these Angus heifers is a result of techniques and technologies that include estimated breeding values, artificial insemination, oestrous synchronistion and embryo transfers.
This material addresses aspects of the following syllabus outcome:
H4.1 applies appropriate experimental techniques, technologies, research methods and data presentation analysis in relation to agricultural problems and situations.
